Japanese double bootleg CD which features a live show recorded at Shinjyuku Liquid Room, Tokyo, January 22, 1997 and nine songs from Akasaka Blitz, Tokyo, January 20, 1997 along with tracks taken from the Afro, Bellbottoms and In The Red juke box 7" singles.
"Flavor: Usually the first part is followed by a slow part and then they end uptempo again (starting with "I feel so good about a piece of trash"). On Controversial Negro they skip the slow part, while on the VPRO 10" it's the only part they perform.

Then there is another variation, which I labeled the 'no. 1' part for indentification. This is the part where Jon lists all the cities where the Blues Explosion is no. 1. Again, they start uptempo and then there is a slow part again (although different to the other slow part). And to make it even more complicated: in Tokyo they start the show jamming on the main riff of Flavor."
