Flavor - Live Version NOTES: VIEW: Green vinyl 7" in stickered picture sleeve with white paper die-cut inner-sleeve. Flavor - Live Version was released on the Japanese edition of Controversial Negro / 2010 re-issue of Controversial Negro and the Australian CD edition of Rocketship. Wail appears on the album Now I Got Worry and was issued as a one track promo CD in the US. Released as a single in UK as a green vinyl 7", grey vinyl 7" and four-track CD single. The "John Spencer Blues Explosion" cover artwork was written by Blues Exploison fan Laura Price in Tipex on an escalator hand-rail at Tottenham Court Road underground station in London. It was actually written before a Boss Hog gig (probably 13th March 1996) although after seeing the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion with Doo Rag and RL Burnside at the Astoria (6th October 1996) I saw this  and a second part a bit further down which just said "Damn". Each of the sleeves features a slightly different photo by William Bankhead of the same text.
