All recordings taken from Tibetan Freedom Concerts in New York City (June 7th and 8th, 1997) and San Francisco (14th and 15th June,  1996).

The third CD also features an enhanced section.

Features Blues Explosion Man by the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion which was originally released (as Blues X Man) on the album Orange. The lyrics are altered to include references to the Free Tibet cause.
Russell Simins appears on the live recording of Birthday Cake by Cibo Matto (a video of this performance was released on Free Tibet (DVD, US) which was released as a single and CD EP.
