Promo video in plain white card sleeve issued prior to the 2Kindsa Love single.

2Kindsa Love features Thermos Malling of Doo Rag and was commercially released on pink vinyl, black vinyl and CD, taken from the album Now I Got Worry.

Promotional copies of the single were issued on cassette, video, as a white label 7″ single and in the US as a 7″ single with alternate artwork.

The CD single and promotional cassette include bonus tracks Fish Sauce (feat. Money Mark) and Cool Vee (feat. Ad Rock of the Beastie Boys), the two b-sides were also released as a two-track promo CD in France and the 7″ singles all include alternate b-side Let’s Smurf. All additional tracks would later be released on the 2010 expanded re-issue of Now I Got Worry.

The track Cool Vee has it’s roots in the songs 2 Brothers and Tojo Told Hitler which were recorded by R.L. Burnside with The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion for the A Ass Pocket of Whiskey album. Cool Vee also appeared as a bonus track on the Japanese release of Now I Got Worry.

The official music video was directed by Mike Mills who was in Butter 08 with Russell Simins also created an image titled “Jon Spencer Rock and Roll Singer”.

The video was also included on the Live Promo Video released by Matador Records in the US.
