This release along with This Friday Night Only LP is advertised on a poster for a Pussy Galore show at Live Inn, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on 12 September 1987.

The insert incorrectly gives the title as ‘Penetration Of The Centerfold’.

Penetration In The Centerfold is a cover of a song originally released by Devo as the B-side to their 1979 UK single The Day My Baby Gave Me A Surprize. The Pussy Galore recording was later released as a bonus track on Dial ‘M’ For Motherfucker (CD, US) and the 1998 reissues of Sugarshit Sharp.

Issue Five of Augenblick featured a six page interview with Pussy Galore.

Supernatural Organization released the Japanese issues of Dial ‘M’ For Motherfucker, Sugarshit Sharp, This Friday Night Only and a Pussy Galore split single with Black Snakes.
