This version was manufactured in the Netherlands and Italy for sale in North Africa, Arabia and West Asia which also includes a cover sticker stating “Artist and Label proceeds to benefit Milarepa – Dedicated to the promotion of compassion and nonviolence.”

All recordings taken from Tibetan Freedom Concerts in New York City (June 7 and 8, 1997) and San Francisco (14 and 15 June, 1996).

The third CD also features an enhanced section.

Features Blues Explosion Man by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion which was originally released (as Blues X Man) on the album Orange. The lyrics are altered to include references to the Free Tibet cause.

Russell Simins appears on the live recording of Birthday Cake by Cibo Matto (a video of this performance was released on Free Tibet (DVD, US) which was released as a single and CD EP.
