Pussy Galore – Maximum Penetration [1989] (VIDEO, UK)

Approximately 40 minutes in length featuring various clips and videos including a performance on the Uncle Floyd Show which sees the band miming and Uncle Floyd plugging Pussy Gold 5000 (12″, US) and an upcoming show at The Court Tavern, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

This version features the correct track-listing unlike the Atavistic edition which includes many non-existent song titles. The artwork misses off the chain-link border and includes the UK BBFC certificate and the cover makes clear that it is a “Music Video” rather than just stating “Maximum Penetration Video”.

The artwork uses the cover image from the This Friday Night Only LP.

There is a bootleg of this video on DVD which also features the Videophile #12: 7-9-89 video.

Maximum Penetration features the cover versions European Son (Velvet Underground), Nothing Can Bring Me Down (The Twilighters), When I Get Off (DMZ) and No Count (Ty Wagner & The Scotchmen).

European Son is listed as Sister Suck-Off on the US release and Watusi Pussy on the official UK release. A much longer version of this song appeared on the 1 Yr Live cassette.
