• Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream was at this show in a social media post he said there was a “verbal altercation / stand off with some creep(s)…no violence …great show tho’, My girlfriend Karen and I loved it.”
• In a second post Bobby Gillespie said; “Pussy Galore was one of the best shows I saw in the late 1980’s. Live at the ZAP CLUB on Brighton beach winter 1988. All rock and roll attitude and industrial noise. It was brilliant. Almost got into a fight too after the show had finished with some plastic punk student squatter type dickhead.
