Australian CD edition in stickered CD case, rear of case has the ‘Digital Audio Technologies Australia’ logo moulded into the plastic. The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion appear on both The Black Godfather and Hit Squad and the Intro to the album makes use of a Boss Hog sample. Hit Squad only appears as a hidden-track on the US CD edition and did not feature on the vinyl pressing. This version replaces Nasty Women with Shake A Tail Feather which along with Jailhouse Blues and Fire In The Hole were not featured on the American release. Shake A Tail Feather was also included along with The Black Godfather, You Got It and I Want It and Hit Squad on Black Godfather Bonus Tracks [PROMO] (CD, US). The release date given is that of the US issue, this version could have been issued earlier or later than April 2000. The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion recorded two songs for the album Andre Williams is The Black Godfather and Williams sang lead vocals on the song Lapdance (released on Lapdance 12″ / Acme Plus / Xtra Acme USA).
