The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion – Blues Explosion! (SHIRT, US)

This photo comes the Secret Fun Blog entry ‘My Life In T-Shirts’ which features entries for Boss Hog, Controversial Negro and Experimental Remixes T-shirts.

The entry for this particular shirt is as that it was purchased at a warehouse in Oklahoma as “the original scheduled venue for this show was off limits due to the recent Oklahoma City bombing, so we congregated in a dingy warehouse where electricity was spotty. It all amounted to a very surreal experience.”

The front printing uses a style of text similar to the Controversial Negro Pizza Box Promo and a promotional sticker. The Summer Cyclone Death Trip shirt has the same front logo and Reese’s Style shirt used the same logo with a different colouring.
