|Push The Button five track sampler in card sleeve limited to 2000 copies. The CD plays as a continuous mix with a total run time of 14m 44s and begins with a spoken introduction by Money Mark.
The artwork and design are very similar to the full promo version issued in the UK. The US Push The Button Sampler was issued in a standard card slip-case.
The album was commercially issued as a limited 7″/10″/LP set, double vinyl, CD, limited card sleeve CD, double CD in Japan and cassette along with several different promos and samplers and there was also an alternate sleeve for the LP that was not used on the final release.
