RUN-OUT GROOVE ENGRAVING*:

*unconfirmed. The engraving on the commercially released double vinyl edition in the UK is as follows:

A: “MW 090 A-1 JA”
B: “MW 090 B-1”

C: “MW 090 C-1”
D: “MW 090 D-1”

(The engraving on each side has the ‘9’ written heavily over the top of a ‘4’ so originally it said ‘MW040’. On Side-D it isn’t possible to make-out what the number is supposed to be, it looks more like a ‘5’.)
