Black vinyl 12″ in picture sleeve with black paper die-cut inner sleeve. Everything Is Under Control features Jon Spencer on guitar and vocals. In addition to these tracks the Promo CD also includes the Qemists Mix. The CD, 7″, 12″ and Promo CD all feature slightly different artwork. The Japanese CD single release also includes Mr Nichols and the Qemists Mix but does not include the video. This single appears on the album Sound Mirrors and later on the CD/DVD set Sound Mirrors: Videos and Remixes.
