Both bands would later collaborate on the album Sideways Soul: Dub Narcotic Sound System Meets The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion in a Dancehall Style.

Dub Narcotic Sound System released Industrial Breakdown which features a song (Typecast Sanction) based on their remix of Soul Typecast (originally released by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion on the 1993 album Extra Width with the Dub Narcotic Sound System version appearing on Experimental Remixes in 1995).
