One disc ‘slider pack’ edition of the album “E2” (Eros squared) which features an appearance by Jon Spencer (along with Matt Verta-Ray and The Elegant Too) on the new version of Taxi Story. “Taxi Story featuring Jon Spencer. I wanted a real rock arrangement for this piece and Jon Spencer, a determined New York blues-punk guitarist-singer. He gave it a pulp sound with lots of adrenaline: so much so, that when we were mixing it we had to use filters given the meters on the mixer were always running on the red mark limits.” – Ramazzotti.com This has been released as a one, two and three disc edition and in many different countries hitting the number one spot in both Switzerland and Italy. The original version of Taxi Story was released on the 1990 album In Ogni Senso.
