Japanese edition issued in regular CD case with obi strip and insert featuring biography (Japanese) and lyrics (English and Japanese). This an alternate edition of the album has a darker sleeve and the blue (rather than clear) logo (See Now I Got Worry [#1] (CD, JAPAN)) and slightly different colour scheme. Includes Cool Vee and Get With It as bonus tracks.
This album features appearances by Thermos Malling of Doo Rag (2Kindsa Love / Sticky), Mark Ramos Nishita a.k.a. Money Mark (Chicken Dog / Can’t Stop / Firefly Child, Rufus Thomas (Chicken Dog) and Justin Berry (Firefly Child). Now I Got Worry was released on vinyl, CD and cassette with the Japanese CD edition including Cool Vee and Get With It as bonus tracks and the 2010 expanded re-issue including 11 rare tracks, 4 Radio Spots and a previously unreleased song titled Roosevelt Hotel Blues. The Korean edition of the album has fifteen rather than the usual 16 tracks ommitting the Dub Narcotic Sound System cover version Fuck Shit Up. In the UK Wail and 2Kindsa Love were released as singles, in Australia there was a 7″ and CD of Rocketship and the US only saw promotional editons of Wail and 2Kindsa Love issued. The artwork for the UK and US promo editions of Controversial Negro was originally intended for this album. |
