“Here’s something fun and wacky for you today… I’ve always wanted to replace the audio for this over the top party scene from the 80’s slasher film “Dead Kids” with something equally over the top(it’s originally Lou Christie “Lightning Striking Again”) So when my drummer pal Mike Press and I recorded this cover of Jon Spencer Blues Explosion’s “Two Kinds Of Love” for kicks in his garage the other day, I instantly thought of this scene. And hey, it works!
