NOTES: | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Promo only cassette with all the tracks released on the CD and ‘Implosion’ which wasn’t commercially released until the Experimental Remixes reissue on 13 March 2000.
The track titles are written slightly different on this cassette in comparison to their released versions:
Heavy is titled Do You Wanna Get Heavy? on the Acme album. Attack (Detroit) is remixed by Mick Collins and Jim Diamond of The Dirtbombs. The CD version of this single was release a month earlier and included the tracks: Heavy (Remix, Radio Edit), 2Kindsa Love (Duck Rock 105.9 FM Remix), Blues Power, Do You Wanna Get Heavy? (Duck Rock Hip ‘n’ Bass Remix) and Attack (Detroit). Give Ya Some Hell only appeared as a B-side on the 7″ release but would later be released on Acme + / Xtra-Acme USA and Dirty Shirt Rock ‘n’ Roll: The First Ten Years. The CD and 12″ releases of this single feature slightly different Duck Rock Remixes of Do You Wanna Get Heavy? and 2Kindsa Love. 2Kindsa Love (Duck Rock 105.9 FM Final Mix) was also released on the Japanese Sound Republic Vol. 2 remixed by Duck Rock compilation. This track includes a sampled drum break from Pucho & His Latin Soul Brothers – Got Myself A Good Man (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYMTA8vuEuo). |
